Following these straightforward guidelines will ensure the durability, longevity, and optimal performance of your bedding items, keeping them fresh and luxurious over time.
Instructions for Down Products
Maintain down longevity by using mild detergents and avoiding high temperatures, ensuring the down retains its natural structure and fullness.
Washing
- Use a front-loading, large capacity washer. The down product's weight is expected to quadruple.
- Select a delicate cycle with warm water and a mild detergent. High oil content detergent will stick to the down clusters, which lowers the quality.
- The down will clump up during washing, but don’t worry, during drying it will return to its orignal shape.
- We recommend washing at 30°C, but can be washed up to 60°C.
- Hight temperatures can damage the down’s structure, which will lower the filling power in long term.
Drying
- Dry naturally, or tumble dry on low heat.
- Add dryer balls or clean tennis balls to help re-fluff the down product or shake well after drying naturally.
- Make sure your product is completely dry before using.
- Regularly fluff the duvets and pillows to maintain its shape and comfort.
Spot cleaning
- For minor spills or stains, spot clean with a mild detergent and warm water.
- Avoid using rough materials to clean the down product
- Allow the area to air dry completely.
